Exchange
WInk believes in customer satisfaction and will offer exchange for any items that are not completely satisfactory. Exchanges are available for 10 days from date of receipt of product. Goods must be returned in original packing and condition as received. WInk does not offer refunds or accept returns for custom products. Delivery costs will have to be born by the customer.

Payment
For International and Singapore customers, we accept all major credit cards through secured payment gateway eNets.

For Singapore customers, we also accept bank transfer.
For DBS/POSB customer, you may transfer to POSB Savings 003-32016-2

Please cite your order number in the transfer.

For delivery in Singapore, we accept Cash on Delivery.

Cancellation of Orders
Once order is placed and confirmed, there will be no cancellations unless due to unavailability of goods. In this case, we will refund the amount paid.

Confirmation of Orders
An electronic confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours of successful submission of the order. If item ordered is not available, a customer service rep will email or call you for further actions.
